Baking Methods:

  1. place the tart shells on a baking tray, to defrost around 2 mins;
  2. pour your custard filling, and don’t over 90% full;
  3. put it into a preheated oven;

Oven temperature (Top Heat: 220°C – Bottom Heat: 230°C)
